Position Overview:
The Video and Programmatic Display Manager is responsible for developing and executing media strategies across multiple digital formats and platforms, including programmatic, display, YouTube, CTV, and OLV. This role requires a blend of strategic and creative thinking, with a focus on driving consumer engagement and fostering growth. The manager will oversee campaign optimizations, handle reporting, and lead media creation requirements.
Ideal candidates should be adept in various Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and possess skills in launching and optimizing Programmatic Displays, video, and audio campaigns. The role demands multitasking abilities, a problem-solving mindset, and the capacity to articulate strategies and outcomes effectively. This position is integral to the Digital Marketing Team, will work closely with Product Marketing and Creative Teams, and offers significant opportunities for growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic and tactical execution of Programmatic campaigns across various channels, acting as a subject matter expert in Video, Audio, and Display strategies including TV, CTV, OLV, Streaming Audio, and Native.
- Develop overarching strategic approaches and detailed tactical plans for media campaigns across diverse channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the latest trends in digital media.
- Expertise in identifying target audiences and strategically incorporating these segments into managed campaigns.
- Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance, including budget allocation and troubleshooting, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Leading the management and optimization of Video, Audio, and Display programs with clear definitions of objectives, tactics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Continuously reassessing and pivoting strategies based on media landscape changes and optimization learnings, while maintaining effective leadership communication.
- Creating and evaluating campaign effectiveness through detailed reporting and post-campaign analysis, along with staying informed on programmatic media trends.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align media plans with overall marketing and business objectives, and staying abreast of emerging trends in advanced media.
- Developing and leading execution of advanced media strategies across multiple channels, and supporting analytics teams in measuring and reporting the impact of digital media campaigns.

Qualifications:
- Hybrid work/in-office
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in digital media and programmatic, including strategy, planning, and buying, with a focus on managing multi-million dollar budgets.
- 2+ years in media buying experience across multiple platforms, with proficiency in digital media technology, DSPs, and programmatic platforms like StackAdapt and TradeDesk.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Apps.
- Advanced knowledge of advanced media channels such as OTT/CTV, OLV, Display, Amazon, Streaming Audio, etc.
- In-depth knowledge and experience curating and working with a range of ad formats, including rich-media, mobile, video, and dynamic.
- Exceptional time management and project prioritization skills, with strong accountability for meeting deadlines in a multichannel environment
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, marketing, or advertising, with a preference for knowledge in statistical methods and testing methodology.
- Must reside in Texas.
