As the Digital Marketing Manager, you are the curator of human connection in the digital world. Responsible for creating content that supports our experience and drives member engagement, you lead the development and implementation of an omni-channel marketing mix including digital, email, social media, and other public facing communications. You partner closely with our General Managers to develop high-impact member conversion and retention campaigns to maintain and build our vibrant local gym community.
MARKETING
    • Lead Digital Marketing to drive member acquisition and retention, and connect our audiences with SBP offerings.
    • Develop and lead omni-channel marketing campaigns, executing and delegating tasks in order to facilitate and monitor full funnel customer experiences.
    • Analyze and report on marketing performance using analytics tools, and utilizing learnings to adjust strategies as needed.
    • Digest learnings and be able to communicate them effectively across your leadership and manager teams.
    • Establish Reporting Structure & Cadence for the scope: provide weekly sales reports as well as monthly retention, cancellation, and conversion reports.
SOCIAL MEDIA AND EVENTS
    • Drive asset creation, basic photography, and copy writing for social posts.
    • Design and produce multimedia content, including videos, gifs, infographics, and other visual assets for social media and marketing campaigns.
    • Encourage and harness user-generated content and engage with the online community to drive user participation in social media campaigns. -Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels.
    • Manage SBP's social media presence in alignment with the marketing calendar: drive engagement and culture as extension of IRL gym life
    • Manage content creators
    • Collaborate with Community Marketing Manager and manager team to promote calendar of events, workshops, and local happenings.
    • Ensure that the gyms' events and happenings calendar is line with business goals and marketing efforts.
CRM AND EMAIL
    • Develop and execute email marketing strategy for Seattle audiences, with a focus on acquisition, conversion, and retention.
    • The strategy should include, but not be limited to member newsletters, transactional emails, and behavior driven automated emails.
    • Collaborate with gym managers and the central marketing team to build and maintain automated customer journeys based on consumer behavior and segmentation, utilizing our CRM and point of sale system.
    • Bring a mindset of continuous improvement by testing, analyzing, and iterating an ever developing email and communications strategy.
OTHER: WEBSITE, PRINT, INDUSTRY
    • Administer updates to Seattle content on the BP website to support operational changes, programming schedules, event advertising and registrations.
    • Support marketing campaigns with print materials, in collaboration with Community Marketing Manager and manager team
    • Stay abreast of the styles and cadence of competitor social media and events. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media advertising and incorporate as deemed strategic. Maintain an understanding of our industry and competitor landscape as it relates to staying relevant to our audiences.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, including digital, experience, and grassroots preferred
    • 2+ years of experience working in social media marketing for a consumer brand
    • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-driven candidates with a history or working autonomously will excel in this role
    • Highly personable, and enjoys meeting new people and talking to groups
    • Excellent organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills, including demonstrated ability to  manage multiple projects in parallel
    • Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and collaborate in a hands-on, early-stage environment
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
    • This is a salaried FTE position with wage band of $67,725-$72,000
