Digital Marketing & Communications Manager
Hiring Range: $67,662 - $84,593 per year
This position is a full-time role, on-site at the Bremerton Almira Main Campus.
General Summary of Duties: The Digital Marketing and Communications Manager helps create and implement the marketing and communication plans and strategies supporting the mission, strategic plan, and activities of Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS). Responsibilities include managing, producing, and implementing campaigns and projects. Work is performed with significant opportunities for exercising independent judgment and initiative.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Major Responsibilities/Tasks:
· Collaborate in the research, development, and strategies for the internal and external communications of the agency to support staff and the Agency's strategic goals.
· Plan, develop, implement and manage the overall Digital Marketing strategy.
· Plan, create and manage high quality, on-brand communications and marketing focused on primary messages as determined by the communications plan.
· Ensure brand standards, consistency, and accuracy in messaging; manage all communication channels, including but not limited to: website, online platforms, email, signage, print and press materials, and staff communications.
· Manage vendors and freelancer relationships.
· Develop and deliver various projects, set priorities, establish expectations for peers, and deliver projects on time.
· Advise in the development of the Agency's communication plan, marketing plan, digital strategy, and brand development.
· Engage in working committees and meetings to collaborate, problem-solve, and develop ideas, strategies, and action plans.
· Create and maintain asset management systems and departmental workflows.
· Stay current on trends and best practices to continue to deliver innovative, relevant creative content.
· Develop and maintain effective peer partnerships across the Agency, collecting feedback and collaborating to create messaging and communications to support our mission and services.
Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications or a related field. Relevant experience may be substituted for education.
EXPERIENCE: Five or more years of professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
EDUCATION: Master’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE: Eight or more years of professional experience.
Performance Requirements:
KNOWLEDGE:
1. Knowledge and understanding of Digital Marketing & Communications principles.
2. Critical thinking to make decisions and solve problems.
3. Knowledge of regional and national Digital Marketing trends for health and human services organizations.
4. Proficient with Microsoft applications, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, and advertising tools.
SKILLS:
1. Significant skills in managing, creating, and launching digital communication and marketing campaigns; ability to position a brand. Demonstrated experience and success managing marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
2. Successful experience developing, executing, and evaluating short and long-term strategic initiatives and communications.
3. Strong experience utilizing data analysis, paid advertising, email marketing, SEO and customer experience for continuous improvement.
4. Experience with Customer Relationship Management software.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomatic in working with diverse constituency and staff. Commitment to a team approach. Successful experience working collaboratively with others to advance organizational objectives.
6. Excellent verbal, writing, and presentation skills. Effective and accurate communication under time limitations. Strong knowledge of grammar.
7. Excellent project management and decision-making skills. Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities at the same time.
8. Familiarity with graphic design concepts and technologies.
