Job Description
We are seeking to add Printing Sales Representativesin the Seattle, Pacific NW region to sell "Print Solutions"for an award winning regional printer with a national footprint cross selling capabilities.
NOTE: Candidates MUST HAVE at least three years of successful selling in the Commercial "marketing" Print and / Direct Mail arena to qualify for consideration. The "ideal candidate" will need to possess recent and relevant business history of print and fulfillment selling successes in excess of $1.5MM+ annualized and looking for a larger home for growing business opportunities to compete on a national level.
General Commercial "Marketing Print", Offset Sheet fed and Web, Digital VDP and Wide Format, Direct Mail, eCommerce, Pack out kitting and distribution and fulfillment solutions.
The Sales Executive's primary role is to drive profitable growth through the identification of principal platform as well as identification of cross platform opportunities. This will be accomplished through facilitating a collaborative environment to ensure proper resource deployment. Securing accounts will reply heavily on access to the client's key decision maker.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3-5 years general commercial, (Sheet Heat set Web, Digital) direct mail, fulfillment, etc. ("solutions selling'' to "C Suite" Level)
- Strong understanding of the Marketing Print Industry
- Strong prospecting, business development and closing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent analytical thinking and ability to solve problems.
Company Strengths: Strong Service Team Environment, Cross Selling opportunities into other areas of print production in multi-channel marketing and client critical communications / statements invoicing.

**Compensation based on business experience and action plan to the market. Commission plans provide uncapped earning potential (and there is a non-recoverable draw first year of employment to migrate existing and grow new relationships).
