We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Digital Designer to join our team and help us drive growth and improve the performance of our digital channels. As Digital Designer you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Director, Strategists, Creatives, and the marketing team, to create seamless and engaging user experiences that drive business results.You will be working closely with the Sr Digital Designer.

What you will be doing:- You will work on a variety of different channels, from Web and Email to Digital and social campaigns.
- You will be working from concepting to remastering to adapting content for marketing campaigns across multichannel outputs.
- Ability to quickly translate ideas into sketches and mock-ups, with a social first mindset.
- Work closely with clients to understand their technical offerings, incorporating client feedback and maintaining a high level of design excellence in all deliverables.
- Working within style guides, toolkits and assets supplied, you will have a passion for being creative within guidelines, adhering to industry best practices with a flair for social.
- Act as a brand guardian, producing high quality artwork within tight timelines.
- Foster a close working relationship with the team and clients.
- You will be working across many different categories, producing design to the client's brief and exacting standards. You will need to proactively manage projects within agreed timescalesconsideringquality and consistency.
- A strong passion creative, content and
- Ideally a strong background in a retail environment, both online and offline.
- 4+ years as a Digital Designer in an agency or related field
- You will have a very strong attention to detail and able to deliver on scale.
- Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion.
- You are both happy to be very executional following strict guidelines and creative in your approach.
- You'll have a deep affinity with layoutandtypography.
- A solid understanding of social channel best practices, and a desire to keep up to date with competitor and channel trends.
- A mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment, with quick changing priorities.
- Excellent Adobe CC suite skills, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Retouching experience
- Experience in HTML coding, Adobe After Effects and PowerPoint is a plus
- At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $95,000.00 to $105,000.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package.
