Digital Marketing Specialist (Entry-Level)

Design First Builders is one of Chicago's leading design/build firms! As we continue to grow, we are searching for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help elevate our online presence. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing Digital Marketing strategies to promote our brand, engage our audience, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Digital Marketing, social media management, strong creative skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members across various departments.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Content Creation: Develop engaging and creative content for our website, blog, email marketing campaigns and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.).

2. Social Media Strategy: Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive website traffic.

3. Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on our social media profiles in a timely and professional manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Digital Marketing and home remodeling industries.

4. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze Digital Marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.

5. Job Site Visits: Conduct regular job site visits to capture photos and videos of ongoing projects for use in marketing materials.

6. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to cross-train in lead taking and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.

Qualifications Include:

1. 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the home remodeling or construction industry.

2. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Proficiency in content creation and design tools.

5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

6. Access to a personal car for job site visits within the Chicagoland area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
