We are looking for a talented and innovative marketing content developer. If you have an edge and like to push the boundaries of design and messaging, we have a spot for you. We seek a Digital Marketing Designer who will design, produce, and customize all marketing and sales assets, from social posts, videos, PPT/Keynote, website, and marketing collateral sales enablement materials.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent understanding of design for both digital and print and deep passion for all things technology and delivering messages visually.
- Proven track record of art direction and design creation for print, video, animation, and infographics.
- Design and produce projects from start to finish in advance of deadlines.
- Understanding of how design/execute visuals to improve the effectiveness of cognition, clarity of message, and ultimately great engagement.
- Support sub-contractors and external vendors for brand/design questions and needs
- Provide best practices for designing and maintaining a brand within a distributed environment, including managing the brand library
- Provide website updates as requested and other channels as needed (Medium, etc.)
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and customer challenges to build a more compelling brand and design approach
- Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective design strategies that articulate sales positions and Dialexa's differentiation clearly and consistently
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's in marketing, communications, design, or related discipline
- 4+ years of work experience in graphic design and Digital Marketing with a focus on B2B Technology
- Expert knowledge of a wide range of graphic tools, including Adobe Suite, Keynote, video editing, and animation tools, as well as CRM, email platforms, etc.
- Experience with posting and managing content on a website and other social tools.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
- Experience/consistent performance in a deadline-oriented environment due to tight time restraints and the volume of work
- Ability to manage multiple projects and juggle priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work productively with counterparts in a cross-functional capacity
- Must be able to respond quickly in an environment of changing priorities
- An uncompromising approach to hitting deadlines
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of output
- Experience in managing external vendors
