Form of workA Digital Content Writing Intern will collaborate with designers, strategists, developers and account managers. Daily tasks include UX and SEO Content Writing, brainstorming concepts and topics, and participating in client communication.
This internship will take place during Summer 2024.
- A portfolio of Digital Content work, including short- and long-form web copy, video and/or radio scripts, social media content, and/or UX strategy
- Familiarity with the MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to learn other tools and platforms used by the agency and our clients
- Ability to work 24-40 hours per week
- Located within driving distance of our Harrisburg, PA facility and available to work onsite or remotely as needed
- Completion of college courses in relevant subjects, such as marketing, advertising, journalism, writing/English literature, UX, communications, public relations, etc.
- Write insight-driven, strategic web content and online marketing copy for both business and consumer audiences; tactics may include web pages, blog articles, digital ads, social posts, emails, video scripts and more
- Perform keyword research to inform search engine optimization
- Develop information architecture and user paths for websites, digital programs and campaigns
- Collaborate with designers and developers to build wireframes for Digital Content
- Shadow mentor and other colleagues in client meetings as appropriate
- Work on multiple client projects with changing priorities and timelines/deadlines
- Opportunity to learn and use other content tools and platforms used by the agency and our clients
- Participate in Internship Project as assigned
