Job Description
The Digital Content and SEO/SEM Coordinator is a pivotal role focused on supporting the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, encompassing web content creation, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and coordinating multimedia content efforts. This role enhances brand visibility, drives web traffic, and optimizes the company's online presence through compelling Content andSEO/SEM practices.
Primary Responsibilities
Content Coordination and Support
•Assist in the development and execution of a content strategy that includes text, video, and graphic content to engage the target audience and support SEO and marketing objectives.
•Support the production of high-quality, SEO-friendly content for the website, blog, landing pages, and social media, collaborating with content creators and multimedia teams.
SEO/SEM Support
•Help conduct keyword research and SEO analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing website visibility and search ranking.
•Assist in optimizing website content, including coordinating the optimization of video and graphic elements for search engines.
•Support the management and optimization of SEM campaigns on platforms like Google AdWords, tracking campaign performance and suggesting adjustments.
Multimedia Content Coordination
•Coordinate with multimedia teams to ensure the timely production of digital video and graphic design content that aligns with marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
•Maintain and organize Digital Content libraries, ensuring multimedia assets are easily accessible for marketing purposes.
Social Media and Website Content Management
•Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies incorporating multimedia content to maximize engagement and brand awareness.
•Help update and manage the website content to ensure it is current, relevant, and optimized for search engines and user experience.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
•Utilize analytics tools to track content performance and SEO/SEM initiatives, including website analytics and campaign metrics.
•Compile reports on Digital Content and campaign performance, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
•Strong support and coordination skills in Digital Content andSEO/SEM initiatives.
•Basic proficiency in multimedia content management, including video and graphic content.
•Ability to work collaboratively with content creators, multimedia teams, and marketing staff.
•Strong analytical skills for assisting in data analysis and performance optimization.
•Commitment to staying informed about digital marketing trends and best practices.
•Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
•Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements:•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or 5-10+ years of experience in a similar role.
•Experience in Digital Content creation, SEO, and SEM, with an understanding of multimedia content coordination.
•Familiarity with digital marketing principles, search engine algorithms, and social media platforms.
•Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google AdWords, and an understanding of SEO tools.
Additional Comments
The position is based at our Malvern, PA, headquarters. However, it is hybrid with remote work support.
