Digital Content Creator - Product Photo/Video (Non Remote)

Fresh Roasted Coffee LLC. is looking for a professional, efficient and creative Web and Social Media Content Creator to join our expanding team and help meet our online marketing goals.

Since our start up in 2009, Fresh Roasted Coffee has maintained a 40% growth rate year after year and currently employs a staff of 65. We are currently operational at our new climate-controlled 84,000 square foot facility in Sunbury, PA.

Compensation: $45,000-$55,000 based on qualifications

Content Creator Summary Description: In this role, you will be responsible for crafting thoughtful, engaging social media and web content and marketing materials. Fresh Roasted Coffee LLC. is a web-based business with national reach, with your help we can attract new customers, retain our current customer base and bring new ideas and products to life. We will require review of a portfolio of past works for this role.

Summary of responsibilities for the Content Creator role:

• Creating and editing for web, social media, marketing materials and other platforms.
• Expertise in photography and videography
• Ability to work with the entire creative team to ensure content is high-quality and meets company standards
• Adherence to current brand voice and styles
• Innovation in story-telling and bringing new ideas to life
• Knowledge of social media trends and design aesthetic
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premier Pro, LightRoom, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Knowledge of additional programs such as Audition and Procreate preferred but not required.
• Asset sourcing for music, sound and graphics to use in videos, campaigns and more.

Qualities: Creativity, professionalism, self-starter, independently motivated, excellent organizational/project management skills, strong written and verbal communication, strong editing/proof-reading skills, attention to detail, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively, strong ability to multitask

Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)

• At least 2 years of social media and campaign management, publishing, writing or content creation required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required (Digital Media, Journalism, Communications or Related Field)
• Videography experience is required.
• Experience writing specifically for web, video and social messaging platforms, and collaborating with a creative team or agency
• Working knowledge of social media analytics and publishing tools.
