Digital Content Manager (Remote)

This role focuses on leading a team of Digital Content professionals, maintaining accurate product pages across the site, and is a key part of growing our business and serving the purchasing needs of food service professionals worldwide.

As a Digital Content Manager, you will:

• Hire, coach, evaluate, and manage a team of Digital Content specialists. The team is responsible for responding to and completing content-related maintenance requests submitted to a shared inbox by internal stakeholders.
• Analyze inbox data to identify trends and propose efficiency improvements.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide appropriate feedback. This may include decisions for promotions or transfers, delivering progressive discipline, developing effective performance improvement plans, or terminating employees.
• Foster company culture and promote employee growth within the team.
• Collaborate with other department managers on large-scale projects and department processes.
• Communicate effectively with Procurement, Content, SEO, Design, and Production.
• Navigate complex and foreign topics by using superior problem-solving and communication skills.
• Adapt to an ever-changing set of responsibilities and tasks.
• Continually develop personal leadership, planning, and communication skills.

• Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
• Access to a home router and modem.
• A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).
• A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported, as a physical address is required for you to receive your computer equipment.
• The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.
