Join our dynamic team as an experienced Digital Content Manager! We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead VideoRay’s digital marketing initiatives, focusing on content creation, planning, implementation, and tracking. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative digital marketing content to drive our aggressive sales growth plan. New Position: Major Areas of Responsibility
• Develop and execute and track creative and timely digital marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with the company's brand, ideals, markets, and aggressive growth plan.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, industry partners, and customers to create engaging omni-channel digital marketing content/campaigns
• Create multimedia content to drive new followers and increase engagement on social channels and beyond.
• Manage, administer and optimize Hubspot for all facets of company marketing, including but not limited to, drip campaigns, lead generation/flow and KPI tracking.
• Create and implement a proactive Digital Content calendar aligned with marketing strategy, goals, and objectives.
• Track and measure Digital Content metrics and performance against key performance indicators, adapting as required to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends and technologies, including effective use of AI.
• Perform audits on existing Digital Content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, voice, and strategy.
• Monitor competitors, identifying keyword/content gaps, trends, and opportunities.
• Manage and maintain all facets of the company website to keep site up to date, while creating interesting, timely, SEO-optimized content.
• Track company and competitor website SEO, adapting as required for ongoing site optimization and performance.
• Manage, track, and maintain marketing assets.
• Assist, as needed, in the creation of sales slide decks, brochures and case studies.
• Assist as needed with trade shows.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Expertise in SEO best practices and creative copywriting.
• Social media engagement strategy experience.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce or similar CRM, marketing programs.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices.
• Excellent writing, communication, and collaboration skills.
