RAD Diversified, a Real Estate Investment Trust in Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Digital Advertising Campaign Manager. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to write, set up and manage all aspects of new Advertising Campaigns on Google. This position includes both writing top quality professional ads for a diverse client base and building real estate investment campaigns. The ideal candidate will be excited about working with key metrics on google and youtube and is an expert on maximizing and spending advertising budgets to increase sales, revenue and profit.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage and optimize comprehensive paid Google Ad campaigns
- Understand funnels and digital marketing strategies for all campaigns (Click funnel and Infusionsoft/Keap CRM/ Hubspot)
- Audience research, real estate audience building, investor audience building, and ad creation
- Optimize new & existing ad campaigns to ensure KPIs are met, such as budget spend, timelines, CPL, CPA, ROI, and ROAS - both short and long-term.
- Identify new opportunities to increase conversions regularly
- Monitor and maintain campaign budgets, pacing, and bid adjustments
- Proactively optimize campaigns based on performance trends
- Develop and implement optimizations and/or testing plans (e.g. search query reports, negative keyword maintenance, keyword overlap, testing implementation)
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Marketing/ Advertising
Must have experience in managing lead gen campaigns
2+ years of PPC experience in a high-volume environment
Understands or has experience with multi-step conversion funnels
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Be able to perform under pressure
High-level understanding of Google Adwords
High attention to detail and excellent follow through
