Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Executing the expectations and objectives of all programs and fidelity to program model delivery.
- Meet weekly with employees to ensure work activities are progressing in a timely fashion to meet deadlines.
- Ensure client file compliance and quality documentation is complete and accurate.
- Supervise employees with their day-to-day activities to achieve performance goals.
- Communicate regularly with the program director to support team actions.
- Complete monthly progress reports.
- Assist with the recruitment of youth for the program.
- Regularly meet with directors to report progress, and strategize on improving program outcomes.
- Gather outcome data for each program.
- Assist with the coordination of work sites for the youth workforce program.
- Attend assigned training.
- Attend community meetings as assigned.
- Supervise LITE coach time on task, scheduling, and attendance for training and meetings.
- Prepare goals and action steps for employee performance evaluations.
- Work with a communications consultant to develop marketing materials and program stories for external communications.
- Participate in agency fundraising and community events.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Program management experience.
- Experience providing services to diverse populations of youth and families.
- Experience with prevention programming and reporting.
- Demonstrated knowledge or expertise in at least one of the following areas is required: positive youth development, wrap-around facilitation, familiarity of issues facing out-of-school and not-working youth and families and impact of trauma on development.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and insurance.
- Must have a background check.
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Microsoft Office 365
- Professional use of social media
- Must be highly organized and detail-focused and have excellent time management.
- Must be flexible, amiable and willing to work as part of a team.
- Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to gather data, synthesize, analyze, interpret and report data trends and identify improvement and deficits.
- Must have excellent engagement skills with populations not easily motivated to participate in services.
- Ability to facilitate committees.
- Community capacity building through action planning.
- Ability to manage diverse employees at multiple sites.
- Instruct, train and coach the team to achieve performance goals.
