JOB TITLE: Developer/Integrations Support Consultant
**TOP 3 SKILLS:** API Experience, Integrations support, technical troubleshooting
LOCATION: 100% Remote
DURATION: 6 months, ongoing & potential contract to hire
RATE RANGE: 50-65/hour
SUMMARY:
Developer & Integrations Support Consultant will consult with external developers and internal teams to enable integrations onboarding, troubleshooting, and developer support Q&A. In this position, the Developer Support Consultant will review, troubleshoot, and resolve integrations and developer support tickets on a weekly basis, while meeting defined SLAs. The Developer Support Consultant will also allocate 30% of their time to assist internal teams with technical questions related to Faire's integration solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Improve and meet Developer Support SLAs to < 48hrs
Improve and meet internal integration support JIRA ticket SLAs < 48 hrs
Enable GTM teams to efficiently onboard brands requiring integrations
Enable Marketplace Ops / CX ops team members to support integration requests
Provide additional support on internal Slack channels related to integrations
QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years experience with using and testing APIs using tools like Postman
Prior Developer and/or Technical Support Experience
Ability to effectively communicate to varying audiences on technical and non-technical topics
Strong customer service and communication skills
Nice to have:
2+ years of software development experience (can be obtained through internships or bootcamps)
BS in Computer Science or STEM field
