Rate Range: $20-$23/Hr
Job Description:
- Deskside role troubleshooting of hardware and software
- Machine configuration/Software break-fix (Windows Os-Apple IOS)
- Hardware break/fix (Client-Dell-Apple). Onsite hardware repair
- Managed process parts ordering and returns
- 2+ years of deskside support experience
- Light travel required occasionally
- Solid experience and understanding of IT services and product Enthusiastic about technology and willing to learn and stay on the cutting edge
- Personable Relatable and responsible when interacting with ALL customers
- A+, Client, Dell certification is a plus
