Rate Range: $20-$26/hr
Job Description:
- Troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs. Working with end-users to resolve issues. Providing updates to management as needed.
- Top 2 or 3 required skills that candidates must have: Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, Installing
- Field Tech experience client facing/executive customer service.
- Troubleshooting and preventative maint of site.
- Warranty Dell support.
- Approx 60 miles travel per day on farthest leg
- Mac experience is a plus.
- Certification Requirements: A+/nice to have Dell/Mac
