Job Description
We're seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our growing team of technology professionals. A successful candidate will have a solid understanding of troubleshooting, and regular communication with both staff members and customers. The Desktop Support Technician must be capable of working independently as well as contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:
- General Desktop support (Windows)
- IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change)
- VIP support
- Ticket management.

Understanding of Service Level agreements (SLAs)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: From $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Desktop support: 2 years (Preferred)
- Imaging laptops: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
