What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? This is a Desktop support role with task assigned as required. May include troubleshooting hardware, software. smart hands support, phone installations and configuration as well as AV setup configuration and testing as well as Teams communication set-up and testing. Inventory and other Desktop support roles. Service Now ticket system experience required
• What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing) & 3- 5 Years Desktop Support experience in a highly professional environment.
• What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F? 8-5? Overtime? On-call?): 9am PST to 6pm PST

• Do they need any specific certifications or education? A+ would be helpful
