Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a bonus
Worked in a Dermatology practice for a least 1 year
Worked as a front desk receptionist
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Proficient in data entry and computer navigation
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial for handling healthcare-related inquiries
Demonstrated phone etiquette and active listening skills
Multitask in a fast paced environment, able to take incoming calls while also working on multiple different projects throughout the day

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Perform data entry and maintain customer records
Assist customers with placing orders, resolving issues, and providing product recommendations
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Follow call center scripts and guidelines to provide consistent service
Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and problem-solving skills
Meet or exceed call center metrics, such as call volume, average handling time, and customer satisfaction ratings
Energetic, positive, outgoing individual
Benefits
Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
10 hour shift
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
