Dermatology Physician Assistant/ APRN

Premier Dermatology is seeking a qualified and motivated Dermatology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with at least 2 years of relevant dermatology experience to join their team. The position involves conducting skin examinations, making diagnoses, and providing treatments for various skin conditions. Here's a summary of the position and its requirements:

Position Overview:

In this role, you will:

Conduct thorough skin examinations.

Make accurate diagnoses.

Provide treatments for different skin conditions.

Perform procedures like biopsies, ED&C's, and excisions/repairs.

Collaborate with physicians and staff as a team player.

Utilize medical instruments and equipment proficiently.

Have prescriptive authorization.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of disease prevention.

Have knowledge of the EMA/Modernizing Medicine medical charting system (a plus).

Work in offices located in Clermont, The Villages, and Ocala.

Requirements/Qualifications:

To be eligible for the position, you must have:

An active Florida Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license.

Strong knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).

The ability to collaborate effectively with the medical team.

Proficiency in using medical instruments and equipment.

Comprehensive understanding of disease prevention.

Familiarity with the EMA/Modernizing Medicine medical charting system (a plus).
