Who YOU Are
BENlabs seeks a dynamic professional who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments, and excels at managing multiple priorities simultaneously. As part of the CEO's right-hand team, you must demonstrate a proven ability to streamline strategic initiatives, foster inter-departmental collaboration, and ensure alignment with company objectives. You possess a willingness to jump in wherever needed, regardless of task size, in order to drive results and support the team. With a track record in business management, executive-level advising, storytelling, research and project management, you're adept at navigating complexity in dynamic landscapes, making you an ideal candidate for the Deputy Chief of Staff role at BENlabs.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning
- Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, and planning and coordinating quarterly shareholder and company all-hands meeting
- Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with CEO and executives on special projects
- Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications
- Manage a variety of projects from inception through completion
- Reseach
- Crafting correspondence and other content
- Story-telling through deck-building
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2+ years in a management consulting role
- Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Experience with research and data analysis
- Experience with budget management
- Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
- Proven success in a project coordination role
- Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
In addition to the expected range listed, this role will be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and location.
