Please review the minimum qualifications for this position which are:a bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. college or university, or a certified foreign studies equivalency AND at least five (5) years of professional experience in ad valorem assessment, fee appraisal, or real estate administration. Experience must include three (3) years of senior management-level experience and/or supervisory experience.A bachelor's degree is preferred in real estate, business/public administration, civil engineering/planning, accounting, or a related field. A master's degree is highly desirable.Additional years of experience as stated above will substitute for the education requirement on a year for year basis.
