- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding dental services, products, and policies
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with event planning and coordination, arranging appointments, and sending invitations
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Enter pt information into the system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries in a professional manner
- Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Dentrix, Acrobat,
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
