Premier Allergist | AllerVie office is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic front-office receptionist to join our team! We would love to see someone with excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Checking patients in and out
- Scheduling and confirming patients’ appointments
- Entering demographics
- Updating medical records
- Scanning and faxing patients’ records
- Verifying insurances.
- Answering phones.
- Collecting co-pays and patient balances etc.
Education/Experience:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- One year experience in a medical office setting (Preferred)
- Computer/EMR knowledge & Medical terminology. (Preferred)
We do background checks and drug screenings as part of our pre-hire process. We love our patients and exceptional customer service is essential!
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
