Front Desk Receptionist Orthodontic Office

We are seeking a full time Front Desk Receptionist for our Orthodontic office located in Downtown Washington DC. We are a long established and quality oriented practice. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of front office experience to work with our exceptional team in a friendly and warm environment.

Requirements of the Dental Receptionist:
Candidates should have dental knowledge/skills including but not limited to:

• Greeting/scheduling patients and have exceptional phone capability
• Maintaining the recall system, in office collections, insurance benefits verification/checking eligibility, and dental coding/billing experience
• Daily posting of transactions and treatment plan presentation
• Computer competence is a must

Experience:

• dental receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)

Work authorization: * United States (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
