Dental Receptionist/Insurance Coordinator

Duties
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out patients efficiently and accurately

-Your duties and responsibilities as a dental insurance coordinator include:

-Working with billing

- preparing reports and memos

-scheduling appointments

-customer service for the patients of the dentist.

You learn many of the skills necessary for this position through on-the-job training.

Qualifications:
- Must have previous experience in dental office or insurance service roles

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients from diverse backgrounds

- Knowledge of dental office operations and procedures is a plus

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in using computer systems for appointments, check-ins, and other front desk functions

- Excellent problem-solving skills to address guest concerns or issues promptly

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
