A day in the life:

In Coliseum Oral Surgery Center our dedicated team is providing dental care to pediatric patients under general anesthesia. Due to the nature and challenges of those procedures, the office is accepting patients on pre-scheduled days (between 17-20 days) per month.

On any given day you can expect to encounter the following:

- Working hours during patient days: 8-hour shift starting at 05:30AM. Patient days include Weekdays and Weekends

- Having a flexible schedule for non-patient days

- Working with a driven team of [5] other Dental and Medical Professionals

- Caring for patients who are scared about their visit to the dentist

- Working in an office that provides Patient-Centered Care

- Treating every patient like family

- Assisting through the appointment process, managing phone calls, and handling paperwork

- Coordinating with the dental team for smooth office operations

- Educating Patients, offering post-treatment care instructions, oral hygiene advice, and answering patient questions about procedures

- Improving daily essential tasks such as checking patients in and out of the practice, taking payments, presenting treatment plans, and facilitating appointments

- Understanding insurance terminology, such as co-payments, in-network fees, benefit limitations, and percentage coverages

- Completing Opening and Closing duties as a team

Compensation

Salary: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour (based on experience and skills)
