Active general practice looking for new administrative team member who brings
incredible communication skills, practice software experience and customer
service savvy to our practice. Must appreciate innovation, attention to detail,
multi-tasking and serving people well in a professional environment. Ability to
provide excellent customer service, computerized scheduling, correspondence and
general administrative skills a must!

Requirements:
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in dental practice
management software like Opendental, Dentrix and Softdent.
Position involves:
1-Answering multiple phone lines
2- Checking patients in and out
3-Confirming and scheduling appointments
4-Verifying insurance, calculating and collecting copayments
5-Presenting treatment plans, and other duties as assigned.
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8 am to 3:30
Thursday 10 am to 4 pm
Friday 8 am to 2 pm
