We are seeking a full time receptionist/patient care coordinator to complete our already amazing team. Our ideal candidate will be friendly, dependable, and motivated to learn. This position requires the ability to interact with patients and team members with kindness and professionalism, multi-task, and be a great listener. A typical day includes answering the telephone, greeting patients, scheduling and confirming appointments, communicating electronically, checking insurance benefits and collecting patient payments and processing insurance payments. Experience as a dental receptionist is preferred, but a willingness to learn is crucial. We are looking for someone who is dedicated, dependable, has a strong work ethic and enjoys being a team player.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
