Dental Receptionist

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using Dentrix
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns or questions
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dental office setting required!!
- Proficient in using Dentrix, or similar dental software
- Strong knowledge of dental scheduling, and office procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling patient inquiries professionally
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
