SalaryPosition Overview: We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our dental practice as a Full-Time Dental Receptionist in Keego Harbor, MI. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive patient experience through efficient front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Greet and assist patients, schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and manage patient inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the appointment schedule to optimize clinic efficiency.
- Administrative Support: Assist in general administrative tasks and maintain patient records accurately.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle patient interactions with empathy.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
Compensation:
- Competitive pay in the range of $20-$25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits:
- Paid holidays after 90 days.
- $250 stipend for medical insurance per month after 90 days.
- 401K eligibility after one year in the company.
- Two weeks of prorated vacation for the first year.
- One week of prorated sick time for the first year.
