SalaryWe are looking for a patient coordinator / billing clerk experienced in Eaglesoft bilingual Spanish, friendly, motivated and multi-tasking team member to handle daily duties of our dental office front desk. This position is for a person who has a can do attitude, is organized, systematic, and dependable. Assisting experience is a plus. Office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8:30 am - 6 pm and every other Saturday 8:30 am - 2 pm.
Responsibilities: Eagle Soft expertise
- Schedule patient appointments
- Greet and check in patients
- Accurately verify dental benefits
- Collect payments, co-payments and deductibles
- Submit dental claims electronically
- Presenting and/or explaining treatment plans
- Order office supplies
- Accounts receivables
- Requirements:
- Must be able to multi-task and handle high volume calls
- Responsible, honest, flexible, punctual
- Exceptional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
