The employee will play a critical role within Zahn Builders and will be responsible for assisting the controller with the daily operations of the office and its various departments to include but not limited to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Human Resources and Payroll. The employee will also help assist with estimating. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and general office procedures. Additional tasks or projects may be assigned as needed.
Must be detailed oriented, organized and hard-working.
Pay range: Based on experience & education.
Job responsibilities:
Assisting the controller with AR/AP/HR/Payroll/Admin
Qualifications:
- Able to pass a background & credit check
- Valid driver’s license required
- Prior experience in construction strongly preferred
- Strong basic math skills
