Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with dental administrative support tasks, such as filing and organizing documents
- Coordinate with dental hygienists and dentists to ensure smooth patient flow
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
Experience:
- Previous dental experience is a must
- Familiarity with phone systems and scheduling software
- Knowledge of dental records management and office procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
