Beautiful, brand new privately owned dental office located off Alta Dr. in NE Jax looking for an enthusiastic dental patient coordinator to join our team. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule as we offer extended hours for our patients. The ideal candidate is one who thoroughly enjoys dentistry and loves to provide care to others. This is a start up office and our culture is both laid back and meticulous.

We're seeking an unparalleled Dental Receptionist to join our team! The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with patients of all ages, have the ability to multi-task effectively, and have solid knowledge of dental practices and procedures. Our team is made up of professionals who are dedicated to providing a comfortable experience for their patients, and we're looking for strong candidates who can contribute to our office environment and share in our commitment to excellent dental care.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients, take their information into the dentist's office, and answer any questions they may have regarding the practice or services.
• Answer phones in a professional and courteous manner.
• Perform clerical duties such as answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, paying bills, typing and faxing.
• Maintain supplies of patient information and forms, appointment cards and record forms.
• Answer patient questions regarding prices, insurance coverage, payment procedures, lab services and other financial matters.
• Other tasks as assigned

• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Consistently professional appearance and attitude.
• Able to provide exceptional patient support.
• Fuse software experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:

• Dental receptionist/ Front desk/ Patient Coordinator: 2 years.

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
