- Greeting and checking in patients
- Scheduling appointments and managing the front desk area
- Handling phone calls and inquiries in a professional manner
- Verifying insurance information and collecting co-pays
- Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality
- Assisting with administrative support tasks

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in Dental terminology
- Previous experience as Dental Receptionist is required
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
