SalaryOur office is looking for a friendly, positive, and outgoing individual to join our team. We are an Endodontic Practice with a great team located in Ormond Beach. Seeking an individual that can assist in all aspects of front office duties. This is a full-time position. This job requires someone with a positive attitude, team player mentality, and attention to detail. We are currently looking for an individual who is willing to be cross trained as a dental receptionist and dental assistant in our Ormond Beach office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls
- Schedule appointments
- Handle patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
- Taking x-rays
- Sterilizing Instruments
- Assisting the doctor
- Breaking down / Setting up operatories
- Endodontic patient charting
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of scheduling is a plus
- Familiarity with medical records management is desirable
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
