Dental Office Receptionist

Our growing Westshore Endodontics Holland Office is looking to expand! We are seeking to add a warm and welcoming candidate to join our front desk receptionist team. A multifaceted candidate who is accepting of on-the-job training and opportunities for growth within our practice is encouraged to apply! Previous work experience within the dental field is desirable. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Patient check-in and check-out
• Pulling chart information
• Receipt of payments and filing insurance claims
• Answering phones
• Scheduling
• Verifying insurance benefits
• Office organization and system organization
• Marketing to referrals
• Familiarizing yourself with the dental assistants' tasks and lab work

Operation Hours of 8 am to 4pm from Tuesday to Friday.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
