Dental Office Receptionist

Seeking a team-oriented Receptionist/Office Scheduler to work Part-time on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturdays as needed (1-2 per month).

We need someone with previous Dental Office experience and the ability to represent the company in a polite and professional manner, who is able to manage front-end aspects of patient care, including: check-in/out, scheduling new patient appointments, scheduling current patient recall appointments, insurance verification and co-pay collection. The ideal candidate will have experience with Dentrix/Dentrix Ascend and a solid understanding of dental terminology.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Dental Office front desk position
• Experience with Dentrix Ascend very favorable
• Experience with recalls and patient scheduling

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
