Receptionist/Phlebotomist

A fast paced, friendly Covid-safe dental office seeks experienced and organized front desk person. The front desk person represents our office so the candidate must be friendly, organized, energetic and with attention to detail. Our office prides ourselves on our high level of patient care and customer service and we are looking for someone to enhance our team! Duties and skills include

• friendly and personable attitude
• scheduling and managing dental appointments
• financial discussions including collecting payments

• multi-line phone communication skills
• experience with dental software and computer skills
• basic math skills
• additional non-English language skills a plus!

Experience with Dentrix and other dental software a plus!
