SalaryLocally and privately owned general Dental Office located in Indian Land, SC (5 minutes south of Ballantyne, NC) looking to add a front desk member to our team.
Responsibilities include checking patients in/out, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, sending claims, inputting payments/EOBs, and additional administrative tasks as needed.
We are a general Dental Office focusing on cosmetic, restorative, and implant adult dentistry. We provide a fun and laid back work environment. We focus on ensuring that every patient feels comfortable from the moment they call to make an appointment, enter the office, and continuing into the treatment room. Our office prides itself on building relationships with our patients and getting to know them, their life, and their families. Being that the front desk team member is the first point of contact for a patient, you must be personable and friendly. Other characteristics that this position requires are attention to detail, reliability, and eagerness to grow with our practice.
Our normal office hours are Monday-Thursday from 8:00AM-5:00PM with 1 hour lunch.
We are a paperless office, utilizing software such as Open Dental and Flex. Dental experience is not required, however, willingness to learn and grow is!

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
