We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas. The ideal candidate will have a experience in Dental Office work and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee fiscal management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control
- Coordinate with medical providers and staff to ensure quality patient care
- Handle human resources functions such as employee benefits, payroll, and compliance with labor laws
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, medical records, and billing
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Manage office inventory and supplies, ordering as needed
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
Experience:
- Proven experience in dentistry/dental administration and management
- Knowledge of managed care systems and medical terminology
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
