We are looking for an exceptional, friendly Assistant Office Manager to join our close-knit team. (S)he will have patience, empathy, and the desire to have FUN in the workplace! Customer service is important to us, as is internal communication and comradery. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintain our upbeat company culture while striving to always deliver the best patient experience.

In this role, we are looking for someone that can run a productive schedule and has experience with dental insurance. However, we are much more interested in someone with the right personality – skills can be taught in the clinic!

Duties to include: Monitoring and assisting management of a productive schedule, daily operations of the office, maintaining employee relations, collaborating with the team to achieve practice goals, assist management of collections and receivables, posting insurance, work claims, deposits, scheduling, checking in and out of patients, and overall assistance to the Office Manager.
