Dental Office Manager

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming patients to our practice
• Being a Voice and Face for the practice
• Prepare & present treatment plans and financial estimates for all prescribed treatment
• Scheduling of patient treatment appointments
• Insurance Verification & Management of claims
• Data entry into practice management software
• Assist patients with financial arrangements
• Complete pre-authorization
• Insurance Aging – reports and working to limit insurance-based accounts receivables.
• Answering incoming calls professionally, in a timely fashion
• Posting Payments accurately

Desired Skills:

• Experience in dental and/or medical billing
• Must be very proficient with accurate data entry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Fast typing speeds and proficient computer skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Previous call center, scheduling, or office related experience preferred

Job Type:

• Full-time, 32-40 hours per week
• Payroll is biweekly

Required education and experience:

• High school or equivalent
• 2 years in dentistry at front office
