Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming patients to our practice
- Being a Voice and Face for the practice
- Prepare & present treatment plans and financial estimates for all prescribed treatment
- Scheduling of patient treatment appointments
- Insurance Verification & Management of claims
- Data entry into practice management software
- Assist patients with financial arrangements
- Complete pre-authorization
- Insurance Aging – reports and working to limit insurance-based accounts receivables.
- Answering incoming calls professionally, in a timely fashion
- Posting Payments accurately
Desired Skills:
- Experience in dental and/or medical billing
- Must be very proficient with accurate data entry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Fast typing speeds and proficient computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Previous call center, scheduling, or office related experience preferred

- Willing to help on non-scheduled days/hours if doctor, office, or more importantly patients require it.
- Confident presenting treatment plans and fees.

Job Type:
- Full-time, 32-40 hours per week
- Payroll is biweekly
