Dental Office Front Staff

We are seeking an Experienced Dental Office Front Staff

- 4+ years of Front Desk, dental experience is required

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greet and check patients in and out before and after treatment

- Verify patient benefits and eligibility with various insurance companies

- Answer incoming calls, respond to texts /emails, new patient inquiries, schedule recalls and emergencies, confirm patient appointments and do follow ups

- Manage paperwork including new patient forms, treatment consent forms, discuss and present treatment plans, exit paperwork.

- Collect co-pays for treatment and keep records.

- Working knowledge of Open Dental software is a must

- Create a welcoming environment for patients and staff

- Monitor the collection of Insurance carriers accounts receivables

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
