- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain and update patient records using Eaglesoft software
- Supervise office staff, including nurses and administrative personnel
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
- Assist with utilization management and medical management processes
- Handle billing and insurance claims
- Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Provide support to healthcare providers as needed
```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of healthcare management principles and practices
- Experience in supervising and leading a team
- Familiarity with acute care settings and medical office management
- Proficiency in using Eaglesoft or similar electronic health record systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of utilization management processes is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
