We are currently seeking a Dental Hygienist who is passionate about healthcare work in the North Side communities we serve. PSSs are often the first impression a patient has of Tap 360.

As an integral Care Team member, Tap360 Hygienist’s:
Provide direct patient care and dental services as trained, licensed and assigned. Assess dental condition and needs of patient using approved patient screening procedures, including medical history review, dental charting and periodontal charting.- Document dental history and chief complaint; record patient vital signs and any other dental observation as clinically appropriate and required by policy.
- Document lab procedures and ensure follow up on results.
- Follow through with oral hygiene procedures in accordance with treatment plans prescribed the supervising dentist.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Associate’s degree and successful completion of an accredited Dental Hygienist program.- Current Registered Dental Hygienist with current state licensure.
- Current CPR and radiation safety certification.
- Certification to administer local anesthesia.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bilingual
- Two years of experience as a Dental Hygienist preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology
