SalaryDental Office is seeking friendly Full Time Front Desk Receptionist and Scheduling Coordinator to join our team! Receptionist duties include answering the phone and directing calls to appropriate party, checking in patients, emailing, filing patient data, and communicating with other offices to retrieve patient data when necessary. Scheduling duties would include scheduling new and existing patient appointments, calling on unscheduled treatment, and maintenance of doctors’ and hygiene schedule. Potential candidates should be warm and inviting with attention to detail, good verbal, written, and phone skills. Basic computer skills are a must. 2 years DENTAL experience preferred. Office is open Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday, Sat (3 Saturday/ month). Rate of pay based on experience. If interested in this position please respond with your resume. We look forward to hearing for you!
