Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental scheduling software
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain patient records and update information in the electronic dental records system
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations at the Front Desk
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Front Desk Receptionist in a dental office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in using electronic dental records systems such as Eaglesoft
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of phone systems
